Why would you do that? And don't just say "evil" because it seems a bit shooting yourself in the foot.

Anyway, they list the spell types and drawbacks, and what level you gotta be to get better effects from 'em. Only princesses can heal, but if my charming was better I could'a taken the pain away completely.

Oh come on, it's brilliant! Think about it! How many humans end up irrationally pissed off trying to build something with one of those manuals where the diagram doesn't depict the right part or it's all in a foreign language you can't read? Then they take out that frustration on others! Easiest way to spread discord.

Sure. Except humans don't often use manuals. They're always outsourced to China by my time. I only read the one here, because I was stuck with you and him, and I was hoping it'd be like Harry Potter.

If so, that's the one thing they're kind of clear on. Every other class you can have as a secondary... two classes, no idea how, they don't tell you that. But they do say to be a prince or princess you have to start that way. No adding it later.

Would you want to stick to a class that has all these disadvantages?

I can't bring myself to be as violent as I'd need to be for some of the other classes but I keep thinking of the time I was turning into a gargoyle. I would be a monster, yeah. I know the moon thing is rough, but I already had experience with that from werewolves and New Vegas and being Bad Wolf. Would it hurt if my friends were scared o' me when I got all Bad Wolf again? Yeah. But if I could protect and rescue the Doctor better, you don't even have to ask.

Mystic doesn't have the physical drawbacks for each and every spell, but on the other hand, it's frailty overall. The Doctor normally knows martial arts and swordfighting and he's stronger than humans, but mystics are a little frailer. Supposedly us fairies are obsessed with something, but I think mine is just Free Will.

I would be worried about being another elemental type though. If my other element was just time I'd go pretty mad I think.

Rough. Rough!? If I'm not sleeping all day like Rip Van Winkle then I'm trapped as some one's pet serpent... I don't see any perks, at all, in being in punished for using my natural affinity to fire. That hurts like you would not believe!

You want to switch? I would think twice before agreeing.

You've always had it.... Magic before. You forget: I didn't have that. I still had the drawbacks, pain, depression, obsession, being a ghost, but I had to do everything blind, and I almost never knew if what I tried worked or not. You wouldn't want to walk a mile in my shoes, Crowley. I'm not sure you wouldn't have given up.

After all there's a reason I'm raring to go out on another adventure, and you want to hide in your room, yeah?

What I'd like to do is sleep all evening without some one upsetting the horse, then spend a day... no a week in spa, lounging around and just being spoiled. Then maybe take in a movie, cause a little trouble... Get a meal cooked by a professional chef not one made up entirely of seeds and fruit.

I'd like to do something fun for a change. It hasn't been fun since I arrived here.

You might consider taking some time off too. All work and no play Rose...

Sorry, cutie, but I just came off of Satan's vengeance streak. All of this is fun for me. It's amazing what being tortured for awhile will do to skew your perspective on things, yeah?

Although, what kind of trouble are we talking about?

Oh, and you probably already know, but seeing as Aziraphale was swallowed by a fish, you should definitely offer to take him to that luxurious dinner date, or learn how to cook one yourself, and that pampered spa thing. Absolutely boring to me though. If there's no adrenaline rush, I'm not interested.

And all this is torture, so I'm finally taking a stand against it. If Hades or Merlin or the idiot want to have something done they can do it themselves.

But if you don't think it is then ask any of the people who were on that medallion run how they felt about it. Hell, ask yourself Rose. How much fun was it to see the Doctor being eaten by all those spiders?

Well, firstly, I think Merlin's wrong. I think he's trying not to get their hopes up. I've been on dead-end runs, and yeah, they're always... frustrating. But you learn more than you expect from them. It makes the next one easier. The next one, the next fifty.

And Crowley...

[Well, now she needs to go drink with Eleanor and Michael and cry.] You were there. [Just the most haunted face she's got.] When he's alone, he doesn't get rescued. And I could only see, only deal with, the aftermath.

Funny thing about spiders though, yeah? That's the majority of the ways I had to see him die. You'd think I'd be numb to it by now.
