[Dreamfinder appears on the feed, interrupting whatever anyone may have been doing on their Mirrors. He will feel guilty over that in a moment but he has to focus.]

Apprentices. Your help is needed in the Kingdoms. Someone is...murdering the Citizens of Main Street. It, will be dangerous but well, you all have something the citizens do not.

[Figment's head pops up over Dreamfinder's shoulder.]

Yeah! You guys have a got Sparks! And a whole lotta of 'em too! Plus, we have enough Sparks saved up from your mission to bring back two more Kingdom Spirits!

[Dreamfinder smiles, resting his hand on Figment's head (more a comfort for himself than the little dragon).]

Please keep your eyes open- I need to get things ready for the next step in freeing the Bayou- but....I can't do it without you. So please, be careful.

Yeah and let us know if you find anything!

[He gives a gentle smile before shutting off the feed, Figment waving until the screens return to whatever they had been on before.]

He was where he needed to be. That's how come he could find out about it and let us all know, so we can do something. People who are in charge can't always go out and help people directly, even when they want to.

[As an actual princess, Leia is already learning this lesson back home, one that will be reinforced throughout her life.

Like right now; she might not be able to help with the investigation, but she'll still do what she can.]

Who says nobody got word just cause we didn't until now? If he's making a big announcement for us, then that means that he probably already did a lot of stuff that we didn't see. It's always that way when my mommy or daddy has to make a big announcement back home.

When Lydia and Less-Hot-Crowley and actual Crowley were captured we got an announcement. He just ignored it.

[It wasn’t in him to be absolutely vicious to a kid. He’d fight with teens, sure, but kindergarteners were in the embarrassing realm.]

[Part of her wants to snap at him, ask what exactly he'd expected Dreamfinder to do that the Apprentices hadn't already done themselves? But she bites her metaphorical tongue and just nods.]

I mean, it’s probably not an Apprentice, so, it’s likely local-on-local crime or something. Probably won’t involve us at all.

Maybe, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't help. 'Specially since it'd be really easy for us to end up involved even if we don't do anything.

That's what I mean. Just 'cause whoever's doing it hasn't hurt any Apprentices yet doesn't mean that they won't.

I don't think so. None of us Apprentices would do that kind of thing. Unless somebody used mind-control magic on them, like the witches did that one time.

You weren't here yet then, but last year there were these three nasty witches who put a spell on a few of the Apprentices that mind controlled them to hurt people, wreck things, or do whatever else the witches wanted.

I don't think so. They weren't really inside people or anything. They more used magic music and spells and things.
