One Tired Teen Wizard on Video

(The Mirror feed opens with a tired (and sleepy) Harry sitting on his bed early in the morning a few days after the arrivals (he is still wearing his pajamas and has no glasses on, and his hair looks like a bird’s nest from tossing left and right in his sleep), although he looks as if he could fall asleep again at any moment.)

Right. I didn’t expect to get off on a shaky start with landing on my face on the floor inside the castle upon arriving a few days ago, but I guess that I should have gotten the ‘expect the worst to happen’ memo sooner than later.

(Cue loud yawning from this poor sap)

Sorry about that, it’s just that unexpected things seem to go after me back home quite a lot. Does this stuff happen to you guys in here as well?

Hi Lydia.

(Thank Merlin help has arrived and there are some snacks to boot. He hasn’t eaten breakfast yet, but still, it is a nice bonus! Also, thankfully for Lydia, he hasn’t put on his glasses yet so she can assess and heal his nose.)

It’s over right here (he points to a bruise on the bridge of his nose with his index finger).

[it wasn't pumpkin pasties and butterbeer, but it would still do in a pinch, at least, right? she set the goods down on his kitchen counter and leaned in to have a look]

Oh yeah, that won't take much at all.

[gently, she moved his hand aside and snapped her fingers. the green beetle cameo at her throat lit up for the an instant as the bruise flaked and crackled like acrylics in a palette, then fell off his nose as though it had simply been painted there. it would tickle and tingle a little for a moment, but otherwise the pain had vanished]

(Wow, that is really quick, better than the time he had to deal with his left arm getting broken and how Lockhart ‘tried’ to help out by magically remove every bone. The nose feels a little ticklish but at least it is restored back to normal.)

Thanks for the help, Lydia. That is really quicker than I imagine it would be.
