Anyway, I know usually a couple other people take care of this, but with the whole ransom rescue B.S. going on, it probably slipped their minds. We might have new people showing up soon, going by the pattern things usually take. Anyone feel like helping set up some kind of welcome wagon apart from whatever the castle's gonna do? Because let's be real, we all know they do about as much to fill new people in as they do to fight the Corroded.

I propose spiked punch for those old enough to need to get smashed. I'll even provide it.

The former tends to be of fancier variety, of the savory type. Something like fish prepared in a snackable size, or meat, vegetables and crackers cut up specifically to look aesthetically pleasing.

The latter is, well, a very small sandwich that looks like its name.

Not to be a Debbie Downer - womp wooomp - but you, uh, you do know most people don't start out here with the Phenomenal Cosmic Powers they might've had back home, right? I just don't want you to think you can snap your fingers and give us a fancy version of a Golden Corral, only to wake up surrounded in crackers and cheese and not knowing who anyone is because you got backdrafted by magic aftershock.

I am well aware of what I am lacking, sadly. I would hope that I could manage, even without powers, to assemble a decent enough party platter still.
