[ The Liberty Inn was playing host to a very, very drunk demon. It had been days since the 'incident' and Aziraphale was apparently doing well... hiding out in the castle and training for the big mission. Crowley was not, neither training or doing well. He slammed the empty bottle back onto the table, knocking the little mirror open as he did so. ]

Just shouldn't have said anything at all... should have enjoyed it while it lasted...

[ He took a long swig from a freshly opened bottle. ]

It's not even like it matters here! It's been over a week! There's no end of the world, no Armageddon... No armies of Heaven or of Hell...

We could do anyth--... literally anything and no one would be around to check up...

[The bartender came around to clean up some of the empty wine bottles and his arm was clung to.]

I can't help that I'm a demon. I can't... it just happened. One day I was creating stars and the next... doing the backstroke in a pool of lava... 

[The poor bartender managed to pull his arm free and finding himself alone and depressed Crowley sighed into his bottle of alcohol..]

Demons don't care, don't love... shouldn't, so why does it hurt so much that he left...

Not yet. He ran off...

Sort of implies he would rather not talk about it. I don't even know where he is staying now. He hasn't been back to the apartment.

Well...it's good to give him some space, for a while at least. But avoiding it altogether can only hurt you both in the end.

Maybe someone else has seen him around.

[ He grumbled at the advice not that it wasn't good advice but because it was. ]

It's been days.

Well...it might be a good time to try to get some answers. You deserve that, at least.

Yeaaa... Still would have to find him first.

[ Crowley looked to his drink with a frown. ]

An... probably sober up. Not sure I could handle that sort of conversation drunk.

That...would probably be a good idea.

Do you know where the last place is that someone might have seen him?

I saw him walking away from the apartment building. I haven't heard or seen anything since..

Maybe someone else has seen him? You could ask around.

Then he would know I was looking for him.

[ Which... didn't sound terribly cool or demon-like to him. ]

Yea, you know what. I'll sober up and think of something then.

That'd definitely be a good way to start.

Who is it you're looking for? I'll keep an eye out for him too.

As... Azz...

[ And he manages to get the name Aziraphale out but slurred as it was it sounded more like. ]

Azra--fell. Angel, big white wings... couldn't miss him if you saw him.

[She frowns.]

Aziraphale? Wasn't he the one who made the mirrornet post the other day about training at the castle?

Castle?

[ He nearly tumbled off his bar stool but managed to catch himself at the last minute. ]

You... you think he might be a the castle?

[legacyofarose]

He might still be there, yes. He actually helped me learn more of my magic.

[serpentinthegarden]

Ye--... Yeah. I'll have to look there.

[ He hesitated not sure if he really ought to be saying this or not, demon and all, but... ]
