[Visible now is Senku, and a smashed piece of glass. This is his new mirror already, but it was no accident. He holds up a shard.]
Well, I can report that this appears to be just ordinary mirror glass, I'm no closer to understanding how it works yet.
[It's quite possible that people haven't met him yet, but he doesn't consider that.]
Intersting. I was expecting some kind of technology to explain the so called magic effect.
Any thoughts?

Date: 2020-06-17 11:52 am (UTC)It’s not too complicated. It’s just magic, that breaks all science and logic.

Date: 2020-06-17 09:18 pm (UTC)So there must be a method to how this works.

Date: 2020-06-20 01:51 am (UTC)I think. No other theories yet seem as plausible.

Date: 2020-06-20 08:32 pm (UTC)Very interesting. Have you studied much quantum theory?

Date: 2020-06-20 08:36 pm (UTC)It was expensive.
[ He's still fiddling with the glass shards, even though he's finished with them, looking at them, turning them in his hand. He'll probably cut himself if he's not that careful.]
But I'm not exactly buying much anyway.
[ He's too used to his clothes to change them, even if it makes him stand out. That's never bothered him. ]

Date: 2020-06-20 10:36 pm (UTC)Yes. Astrophysics, mechanical engineering, quantum mechanics. Yourself?

Chaos is a beautiful, beautiful, thing, fella.

Date: 2020-06-21 12:42 am (UTC)I've studied chemistry, biology, physics, engineering, geology and mathematics. Especially astrophysics. If it was related to science, and I could get my hands on it, I probably read it.
I was trying to get into space. JAXA was my fallback, but I was trying to go on my own. I have successfully shot one rocket into orbit.

Chaos happens everywhere, but it's not actually as random or chaotic as once thought.

[ There's not a chance he's going to let an opportunity to learn something interesting go by, if the man is amenable to that. ]

It's all rules, paperwork, and bureaucracy. As an agent of chaos, I wasn't exactly adored.

Date: 2020-06-21 01:03 am (UTC)[ Well. To a point. But that would be getting off topic. ]
Sounds a lot like Earth was. It's nice to break the rules sometimes.

I should know, since I was born-dead.

But you have a consciousness. What defines the difference between life and death?
