[The video feed comes on, and Figment is fluttering in one of the apartments. He sets the mirror down and peers into it before nodding, certain that it's on.]

I...I'm sorry about what's happened! It's, no one's fault. But these witches they're old magic; some of the oldest kind! But I know we can beat them and save the Kingdoms.


But we have to work together.

[He plop down on the desk that the mirror is propped up on.]

I know that some new people just got here. And, I...We need people to train them! And everyone. Progress City was more about science, but I know there's gotta be books in the library about these ladies and The Dreamfinder always said, knowing is how you get better.

But we can't train in the castle...it's way too dangerous, so we have to go to safe places in Main Street. The Blacksmith for Warriors, Heroes and Machine classes. The Opera house is totally empty, so fairies and monsters, can...you guys go there?

[He taps his chin in thought.]

Mystics...oh! Mystics, you guys can go to the Magic Shop!

That leaves the Princesses...Miss Eleanor, do you think the basement of the Emporium would be open?

[He sits up.]

The Sanderson Sisters are too strong right now. They've, already hurt a lot of people and a lot of you guys but we can't give up. We can beat them and save Main Street!

[ Given the events, Kaiba is reluctant to use the mirror. He keeps an eye on it for broadcasts from the sisters, but...he recognizes this little dragon, having passed him briefly. ]

'Too strong' is a bit of an understatement, isn't it? They're capable of forcibly transforming us from across a great distance, apparently as long as they can see us. And who's to say they aren't shapeshifting themselves as well? What chance do we have against that?

They have all the advantage here. Powerful long distance magic, apparently a wealth of information on us...the only way to counter that advantage is more information with which to plan, but if those books are in the library, I haven't found them yet.

I don't know if I'd be much help training, but I can help look for books and things at the library!

Plus if anybody got hurt when the monsters were fighting, I can help heal them. Not just apprentices, but other people too, if someone tells me where they are.

[She doesn't want to go directly to the infirmary, as she'd most likely just be underfoot there.]

You can count on me, Figment darling. The Great Sylvando will lend a hand wherever possible, whether it be for training or for keeping people's spirits up.

[And for a bit of clearing up damage. Mothra's intervention had probably prevented much of the town from being destroyed by an irate dragon, but there were still a number of buildings that had been damaged by the two giants.]

There's no space big enough to train with out them finding out.

[Oh look- it's that dragon she mistook for Ragnarok earlier. It's with some reluctance that she replies since she doesn't want to be reminded of that faux pas. Apparently dragons elsewhere were not always harbingers of disaster. And actually there was one she could think of in her own world that wasn't either...... but only one]

Some instruction would be preferred over the nothing we've received so far. If... we had been allowed to maintain our powers and abilities then I am sure that my magic would be of an old enough vintage to dispense with these would be tyrants.

It's based on one of the fundamental elements of life.... Death. [More specifically darkness itself but they were looking for stopping power here. Also her brief explanation left out the nuances of everything else she was capable of including her restorative spells.]

You said it was old, there's nothing older than Imagination. That's why the Sisters are so powerful, they're old Imagination. From when people used stories to keep everyone from growing and learning.
