Rose gets the door, and pretty much glomps Sylvando in a hug. "You are a right angel, you are," she's taking some of the food off his hands, and gestures for Sylvando to come in and follow her as she brings it over to Aziraphale's bed, which also still has a guardian demon in that. That's a thing.
