Well, I can't speak for everyone of course, but decay was quite frightening. Seeing a body that was decaying and falling apart I mean. And of course, there was the desire to consume other's life forces that was quite off-putting. Plagues, very troubling. And general looming menace, waking up to Imhotep looming over me was entirely too distressing.

Seriously, why would I bother to scare the living lights out of people, Beetlejuice? I have dealt with more terrifying things and events in my life that I have become more or less not too surprised by things anymore.

(He soon realizes who have sent the web weaving ghosts to his bedroom the month before) As for your prank on me, I rate it as just bloody annoying to death. I will never see cobwebs the same way again after you two sent those ghosts to my bedroom last month.

I’m serious! Their ideas of scares included turning lights on and hiding people’s phones. A-dawg did mention dressing like a baby, but....yeah....least frightening dead people who ever died. They make Casper look like Jack the Ripper.

Me? Oh, that depends on the victims. And if I’m summoned or not. I did get a group of lawyers and real estate investors outta the house by making a giant version of myself. That was fun.

Frogs don't particularly frighten me as such, but I can see with the proper application how they could.

Historically when wanting to instill fear there have usually been allusions to eradicating from history and memory, ending bloodlines, and the like.

Are you looking for a physical fear or a more existentially sort?

What’s the point anyway when you’re not being considerate towards other people’s feelings even if it’s just a harmless prank? (Sniffs)

I don’t care if you and Crowley decide to unleash an army of rats or a horde of Dementors onto the people of Main Street by next year, over time they will get fed up by your antics in a long run and people will get hurt whether you like or not. No one wants to get hurt over a prank, would you feel bad if either Lydia gets hurt by your own pranks?

Even my friends Fred and George would never hurt anyone when they pull pranks on others, for as mischievous as they are, at least they can tone it down so no one can get hurt and no feelings are harmed.

Look, I just came from a war back home two months ago and there were lives lost on both sides. Someone was trying to kill me over a prophecy. I was not in a great place to be in. Plus, I had to juggle training and work to deal with. I never deal with such a prank of this level back home. They were mostly harmless but not mean spirited.

I see, but what if it had gotten out of control and bad things happen?

Look, if you are trying to be this sincere, then maybe you two should consider about the consequences of your pranks in the long run. Maybe you will learn that what is funny for you and the ghosts may not be funny for everyone else.

I get it: life is too short, but it is too fragile to be insensitive of others, directly or not.
