 Hey guys! Been a while, I've been laying low planning some epic stuff and definitely not being overwhelmed by the fact over how long I've been missing my family. EVERYTHING'S FINE.

And in the spirit of everything is fine, I decided to throw my all into a SUPER BANQUET! Sure, the newbies get stuff provided by the town, but why not eat something made by your experienced adventurers? And so I present, the all-together-eating-table!

[ In Main Street, Webby rips off the sheet to a table, revealing... the stuff nightmares are made of. Seriously, nothing looks edible. She... tried, clearly, but she's also clearly veryveryvery new to the whole cooking thing. Some things are burnt, undercooked, too much sugar in one, salt overflowing in another... One must shudder to imagine what the kitchen she used looks like...] 

I'll be on Main Street all day, offering my goodies and my friendship! Bon appetit!

[ And he'll show up and...very delicately pick something that looks salvageable, in an attempt to not hurt the kid's feelings. Speaking of...he could stand to be kind to her. He offers her a small smile. ]

I know how hard it is to miss family. Not knowing how they are or when you're coming back wears you down after a while.

[ And when he arrives, one of the piles of... goop, there is a plate with his initials! ]

"I didn't!" She says with pride. "I remembered all my Granny's meals!"

Another huge warning.

[ Webby looks away, clearly trying to dodge the attempt. ]

If I did miss them, and I'm not saying I do, I bet that would... really, really suck.

[Beetlejuice took the plate cheerfully, sniffing it curiously.]

[He took a bite and chewed thoughtfully. To him, it wasn’t bad. He liked the bizarre textures and temperature variances. Beetlejuice’s hair brightened slightly.]

Did you make this all by yourself?

[ He says simply, reaching up to brush the locket around his neck. ]

All right, so you said you wanted all of this eaten. What was your favorite thing to make?

The meals, of course! I made so many, people might be getting thirds!

"Family recipes," he said with a smile that only cracked a little around the edges with trepidation. He was pretty sure Granny's stuff never came out looking like it was a few hours of sitting out away from sentience.

[ Webby brightens so much you'd swear she was glowing, she's so happy! ]

Yeah! I remembered my Granny's recipes, so I just did what she would do!

[ The distraction works, as she whips her head back around and grabs a plate of... sparkling... brown... grossness. ]

The chocolate cake! With extra chocolate!

"Doesn't it just make your mouth water?"

You remembered all those ingredients and stuff?

[He was impressed. Granted, his mother had never cooked for him, and his own cooking skills were subpar. Lydia had been helping him on that front at least. ]

I like the brown stuff.
