[There's no musical curse, although, there will be lots of cursing music in general. Because, your favorite Netherworld Demon has decided this is the time to serenade everyone, via mirror, and....yes, that is a black and white striped ukulele he's strumming.]

Or that Hawaiian dude? The ukulele is a versatile creature. I can do pretty much anything with it, lots of practice. I am basically a ukulele rock god at this point.

[Despite the ungodly hour of morning, MT sings along (after all, she's just in the next room over). It's probably because it's so early that MT's so unguarded, really. It takes a lot of energy to be like... that on purpose.]

[Whatever the case, it looks like she's genuinely having fun.]

[a sleepy chuckle. sure, she's not happy to be awake, but she's happy he's feeling more himself after the infirmary. time to arbitrate something people can sleep to]

How about Jamaica Farewell by Harry Belafonte, for now? Tomorrow I'll get out my tapes and play you the Ukelele Anthem. I'd never heard of the woman before but the Emporium had her and she's fantastic.

[Getting out the infirmary and getting that awful truth spell out of the way had done wonders for his mood. As evidenced by the fact he was trolling on the Network at this hour.

Beetlejuice thought for a moment, and began to play Lydia's request.


He even took a breath and began to sing, for once not sounding like a chain-smoker who swallowed a cheese grater. Apparently, it took some concentrated effort on his part.]

[He was basically bored and wanting attention, either positive or negative. He'll quite happily soak up the positive attention, and try to play almost anything.]

"No," [flatly.] "Solo. As in So Low i can't hear you anymore," [she growled.]

[He was still humming, strumming a more soothing tune.]

[She snarled and did just that before throwing her mirror across the room. She was considering going to sleep with the horses again...]

[This was great. He'd gotten attention from Mal, Lydia, MT, and now, this guy. Beetlejuice was thrilled to be issued a challenge, and he spun the instrument in his hands, brimming with excitement.]

Still haven't mastered the more useful spells, but apparently I can make a jelly bean jump in time to music.
