[Rolls eyes.] Like that's so unique. Honestly I just liked the part of West Side Story that was all about how America seemed like this golden-brick-road, rainbow with a pot of gold, happy ending solution for everyone, but it wasn't. Not because of hate, but because it's tough eking out a living everywhere, and people make it harder for each other when they should try to make it better.

That was totally missing from Shakespeare. Two royal families who don't even remember why they're mad. Wow. So deep.

And what was even with Taming of the Shrew? A bunch of 17th century misogyny on display for eternity? Woot.
