A question

[Yes, it is rather easy to send one of these out when you have the internet back home. Connie was a little vexed that there was no network quite like that here, but she'd make do].

Ok, I know that most of the people here have a lot of questions about how things work and how to fight and all, and so far there have been plenty of you who have graciously given us answers and time (I'm very grateful to specific people here like Mr. Crackshell and Webigail and Princess Deetz, but many of you really helped, thank you). I have a different type of question though.

For those of you who live here and work, how easy is it to do all of your magical studies and keep a stable job? Back home I have to be attending college, but I'll be living on campus. That's different from working here and living AND learning about magic.

Basically, how do you budget your time? Any tips?

[He’d been eating popcorn as he waited for the flood of newbie videos and nearly choked hearing Lydia addressed as Princess Deetz.

He’d be using that. Might even bow.

Providing he could stop laughing.
]

Ahem. [He suppressed his amusement and plans of teasing Lydia.]

Well, kid, you might want to just settle in first and worry about a job after ya get the magic stuff under control. No reason to do everything at once.

[When MT's face flickers onto Connie's mirror, it's apparent that she hasn't slept in...

...

...days, probably. Or seen the light of the sun in that same span of time. She probably hasn't even showered. At Connie's question, MT just laughs.]

I honestly have no clue. Do you have any tips?

[she's grinning, but she's blushing a little regardless]

You can just call me Lydia, Connie, it's okay. I think you're the first person who's actually called me a Princess like that.
